On the fourth day of owning a new CRV, I experienced a flat tire due to a gash on the inner side of the tire. I became more upset when informed that the tire warranty would not cover the replacement. At this point, Doug Bell stepped and in a gesture of goodwill, replaced the tire at no cost, meeting my expectations. Kudos to Doug Bell and the service team for being flexible and keeping this customer happy and satisfied. Kudos to salesperson, Dan Atkins for his professional ability to work with me with regards to the purchase. More

It was time for me to purchase a new vehicle and I had my mind set on a Honda Pilot. Originally I was going to lease a new Pilot but ended up buying a used 2010 which is in great condition. My salesman Frank and sales manager Freddie were extremely accomodating and answered all my questions and concerns. I orginally obtained financing through my bank, however, business manager Dan was able to secure a rate half the rate that my bank offered. Jason thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. Needless to say the usual overwhelming and stressful job of purchasing a new vehicle was made more pleasurable by the staff that assisted me at Morehead Honda. More
