Morehead Honda

My husband's car was totaled in December and we visited Morehead Honda, and Tommy Loving, in April in our search for a replacement vehicle. We were not initially interested in Hondas...we had already visi Morehead Honda, and Tommy Loving, in April in our search for a replacement vehicle. We were not initially interested in Hondas...we had already visited Hyundai, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda and other dealerships in the Beacon/Fishkill and Newburgh/New Windsor areas. We were close to deals on two other vehicles prior, but were unhappy with the lack of prompt responses to phone calls and poor overall communication. If dealers weren't calling us back now...what would they do after we bought the car? We entered Morehead Honda on a whim and did not anticipate purchasing a car there...we were planning to "take a look". The entire staff was friendly, honest and helpful during our visit. We met Tommy Loving and appreciated his honest/no-pressure approach. He knew the vehicles inside and out and clearly described the features and benefits of each one. He was flexible when we changed our minds about which vehicle we wanted. (We switched from a Civic to Fit Sport.) He returned our calls, handled our paperwork and kept his promises...This was our second car purchase in the last year and certainly the smoothest in our car buying experiences. The business manager clearly explained the paperwork, financing options and answered all related questions to our satisfaction...and he moved quickly without pressuring us into adding extra options. I would liked to thank all the employees of Moorehead Honda in Newburgh. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We especially appreciated our sales person-Russ! He had sold us our first Honda Civic fro Honda in Newburgh. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We especially appreciated our sales person-Russ! He had sold us our first Honda Civic from this dealership back in 2004, in fact we were the first family to buy a car from this dealership and even had our picture taken. Because of Russ we returned to buy another Civic and was thrilled that Russ was still employeed with you and he was able to assist us once again. I love my new Civic and my son is still driving the same Civic that Russ sold us in 2004. Russ was very helpful and explained everything in detail.
