I came to Morehead at 730am on a Monday morning without an appointment looking to get my vehicle repaired as it was throwing some cylinder misfiring codes at the code reader and making the car not drivable at highway speeds. I was told that the dealership was not taking anyone without an appointment, so I decided to inquire with the parts desk about the necessary parts in order to fix the issue myself. I was having a conversation with the gentleman at the parts desk regarding inventory on specific parts to fix my cars mechanical issue. After getting some prices and giving my call back information I left the dealership because due to covid some parts I needed were not in stock. I had already missed a day of work, and didn't have another vehicle to drive so my only option was done the dealer to repair the car or me attempt to fix it myself, but without the necessary parts in stock I was left without a plan B. Upon my drive home I received a call from Jacqueline from Morehead Honda, and she advised me that she overheard my conversation with the parts department and advised me that my repair would be covered under the emissions warranty and no out of pocket expense would be needed by me. She even had a loaner vehicle waiting for me to alleviate my stress of figuring out how I would get to work. She directed me to turn back around and come back to the dealership and she would make an appointment for me and have the loaner vehicle ready to go. I took her recommendation and drove back to the dealership where she met me in the service bay. We sat and did some paperwork, I left her my vehicle and I drove away in the loaner no longer worried about how I would get my car repaired or how I would make it to work. All because Jacqueline politely eavesdropped on my conversation with the parts desk and decided to go above and beyond expectations by making my problem her problem and reaching out to me and offering me an absolutely pleasant and worry free solution. She was delightful and calming as well as very sympathetic to my situation and she should be acknowledged for her extraordinary effort to help a customer as well as being a positive reflection of the Morehead dealership and their service department. THANK YOU Jacqueline, you have no idea how much that call meant to me!! More
Had a car under warranty and had engine code issue and had to be towed. They saw codes and reset them. Was told they again saw same thing again but they never fixed anything. Told to take car home. Too had to be towed. They saw codes and reset them. Was told they again saw same thing again but they never fixed anything. Told to take car home. Took car up the Road and same issue. Went back immediately. Was told they didn’t want to fix problem an “it’s best if we part ways”. Horrible experience!!! Never deal with them.! Honda should be ashamed a dealer won’t support their products. Will definitely call the better business bureau! More

I went to Morehead, where I bought it, in the hope that they could replace the handle. Taking the door apart was a lengthy process, and in my first visit, they had to check out the door to make sure that nothing else was wrong. The part was ordered, and after playing phone tag for a couple of weeks, I went back and had it fixed. I was very pleased with the results and Michael Huber and Jennifer Alfasso. Both of them were accommodating and gracious and let me know that they understood my time was valuable. On the visit in which the handle was replaced, the job was going to take a few hours to complete, but Michael made sure that I had a loaner car to use while they had mine. I was very pleased in the end with the work and how I was treated. More

I’ve changed my rating because after working with Mark Nesheiwat, the GM, I am more than satisfied with the rework that was done, fully confident that I will continue to be a loyal customer of Morehead Honda in Newburgh, & confident that if there are ever any issues they are committed to complete customer satisfaction. I purchased a new car from Morehead Honda, actually several new cars over many years. Never had serious problems or any trust issues. Previously purchased the Glass Coat technology on my last car & LOVED it. I purchased a new car 3 months ago and paid a whopping $689 for the Glass Coating; more than I wanted to pay, but loved it that much that I went for it. After a couple of weeks, I felt like something wasn’t right with the coating. It wasn’t responding the way my previous car did. Brought the car back and they agreed to redo it. They needed to have the car for 4 hours in order to apply the application. When I called to find out when the car would be ready, I was told they WEREN’T going to reapply the application because they felt there was nothing wrong! I asked for proof that the application was originally applied and they said that my warranty was proof. I said you can put anything you want on a piece of paper but how do I know it was actually done. Jennifer (no last name given) said because they record it and because the person that did it remembered my car. SERIOUSLY? What was so unique about MY civic that would make the technician remember my car 3 months later? That right there made me more suspicious. Then I requested to see the video. The cameras are currently out of order, she said. We continued to argue and they agreed to redo the car. And said the car would be ready in about an hour and a half (vs. the original 4 hours!) Again...not trusting what they’re telling me. So I said I want the redo recorded and I want to see the footage. I’m still waiting for the general manager to call me back. I picked up the car and still not convinced the application was applied. I do think they waxed the car very nicely, but I want confirmation and proof that the Glass Coat protection I paid for was actually done inside and outside the vehicle the first time & this second time. Until I see the evidence ... I will continue to maintain they didn’t do it originally. And only time will tell if it was done the second time. Im happy to provide an update here IF and when I receive evidence that the work was done. More
New Compressor incorrect diagnosis to what was a simple fix. Moreheads price $1000 for an AC compressor replacement. Another outstanding service experience! I went to Morehead today fully believing I might need two rear brake calipers. I told my service advisor, Mike Grasso, that. He had the car looked a I went to Morehead today fully believing I might need two rear brake calipers. I told my service advisor, Mike Grasso, that. He had the car looked at and told me I did not need new calipers, just a pad was hung up on the mounting bracket. He easily could have sold me 2 calipers but he didnt. Also, a few days earlier I went in for a battery and service advisor Chris Devens was awesome too....the new service manager Jen is really great too!!. I will go NOWHERE else!!!! More
