Hello Kevin/ Moran family, With all due respect, once you put after market parts on your vehicle that you purchased elsewhere, it immediately voids your Honda warranty. The service manager was trying to assist you, but after name calling and the overuse of profanity there is nothing for Morehead Honda to assist you with.

Complete misinformation as usual. Avoided contact. Never called. Contradicted information that techs gave. Has become a common occurrence at this dealership. After a very long relationship with this dealership (many new car purchases and leases) will NEVER visit again and will push all friends and family to other local Honda dealers
