I purchased an expensive warranty for battery wheels and body protection around $5000. I had to get rid of this terrible vehicle and I traded it in for another vehicle at another dealership, but I had to pay off the warranty protection. I am yet to receive my refund for the warranty for Morgan Chevrolet who have the check from the auto loan provider. They take my call sometimes many times I leave a message and they never called me back. they’ve promised me they find my check and after four months, they still have not paid my check. They won’t even answer the phone now or or call me back. What a scam outfit. They are avoid at all possible go anywhere else before you go there More

I purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 from Morgan Chev on July 12, 2025. I dealt with salesperson Garrett Vess. Garrett did not know much about the truck and really did not want to negotiate. We came up with a reasonable OTD offer so I decided to drive down to Tampa. At first, I was very skeptical to drive two hours to see the truck because of the low reviews I found about this dealership but decided to go. I test drove the truck and decided to negotiate a better offer. I dealt with Josh and Jerry, managers. There was list of item s that need to be corrected on the truck, some that Morgan Chev could fix others they could not. Jerry explained that to me very well and made me an offer that was reasonable, and I could get those items fixed somewhere else. During my visit I was treated like a friend, they offered me lunch that was brought in for the employees, very professional and friendly atmosphere. Two weeks earlier I had purchased a new 2026 Honda Passport for my wife at the Ocala Honda dealer and was very pleased with their service also. I did not give five stars because there was no time devoted to go over the truck with me. I assume it was because it was Ram and not a Chevy. Either way, don't let the reviews turn you away. Maybe you will get the same service from Josh and Jerry. More

I'm very disheartened and upset over my recent purchase of a 2018 Fird Focus. Very nice looking car. However had it 5 days and engine light came on. Didn't want to start after putting gas in it. Contacted of a 2018 Fird Focus. Very nice looking car. However had it 5 days and engine light came on. Didn't want to start after putting gas in it. Contacted Morgan couldn't get it in for almost a month. Then they promptly sent it up the street to Ford dealer where it currently sits and has sat for 9 days waiting on a charcoal canister which was ordered from Ford. I've found 5 places where I could have gotten the canister but because of warranty I'm following Fords process i know we buy used vehicles as is and even though I purchased the warranty I don't think after 5 days it should have acted up. I'm a senior who needed a car upgrade as I work 2 jobs. I was told I could pay for a rental. Least Morgan could of done is provided a courtesy car. Totally disgusted by this purchase. More
