do not use this service center I do not recommend the service department at all. It took 5 and a half hours to complete a one hour computer update for the radio on a 2014 Equinox. I I do not recommend the service department at all. It took 5 and a half hours to complete a one hour computer update for the radio on a 2014 Equinox. I was assured when I made the appointment that it would take an hour (maybe an hour and a half) at most. There was nothing else added to the appointment that would have caused delays. After 5 hours, I asked my service agent how much longer the process would take. He informed me that he was just waiting on the paperwork. That took another 30 minutes. Upon check out, instead of being apologetic, he hid elsewhere. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A DAY TO WASTE. More

I traded in my old car and upgraded for the first time and it was a relatively pain-free pro Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I traded in my old car and upgraded for the first time and it was a relatively pain-free process. Minus a few roadblocks with paperwork, I test drove the new car, negotiated my trade in, dealt with paperwork and insurance things, made my payment and walked out with a car in about 4 hours. On a scale of 1-10 for overbearing salesman tactics, I would rate this at about a 3. Can’t penalize them too much for doing their job! The only downside I experienced was the final detail on the new vehicle was a little sloppy for how long it took and I could have done a better job myself. Overall a great car buying experience and I would come back here again. More
