Brought in my truck for an issue that was already looked at by another mechanic but Toyota insisted it was the same problem the other mechanic ruled out! Toyota changed that part to discover that was the wr at by another mechanic but Toyota insisted it was the same problem the other mechanic ruled out! Toyota changed that part to discover that was the wrong issue and said it was a different issue. The “different” issue was already ruled out by the prior mechanic also. Needless to say over $600 later NOTHING is resolved! Can you spell lawsuit!?! More

Dealer ship not great can't even get a tire rotation nor oil change right Well the last 4 times I brought my truck there it had issues when it left. It was an oil bottle left under the hood under the oil fi oil change right Well the last 4 times I brought my truck there it had issues when it left. It was an oil bottle left under the hood under the oil filter dealer replaced drive belt. The next time somehow my front grill brackets got broke so after dealing with Mr. Madise he got my grill replaced. The next time was they got some kind of black dirt or grease on my passenger seat and all over the glove box and left everything that was in my glove box all over the passenger side floor my wife had to bring it back and get it clean I pick all the stuff up and put it back in the glove box guess that reason was someone was checking the cabin filter. The recent time was they cross thread a lug nut stud and had to replace a wheel bearing because they couldn't get it off no other way. The general manger was very nice and willing to get it repaired for me the next day. The way that was found was the night of the oil change they told me I need to change my front brakes pads so I did the driver side everything thing went smooth. When I got to passenger side is when I found the lug and immediately call and talk to the general manager and brought it back that same night. The dealer ship overtime has done left a drill under my hood and other oil bottles and the one time I decided to buy tires from there they screwed up two rims by scuffing them all up at the time of that the manager replaced two rims the last things I just wrote about happened a quiet a few years back. I still bring my truck there because Houma dealership told me they would not work on my truck because I didn't buy it there. And I really wan More
