Service Beyond Expectations I was unsure of the truck that would best suit me. Ed Horton was both, knowledgeable and patient. He asked me pointed questions about my particular needs, in relation to towing, what trucks could work. Questions like " how often would I need to use it for towing"? I visited a Ford dealer, prior to coming to Moritz, and really liked a few of their trucks, too. The sales consultant there, had me confused, and could not offer much guidance. I feel that if Ed would have worked at the Ford dealer, I may well have bought there, instead. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a way of conveying real care and concern for my needs, those are the ingredients that made this work so well for me. I met the Sales Manager, Chris, and the service manager as well, on my way to finance. We had a couple of things to work out, and we did! It was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Hats off to the whole team, but just know, Ed made the difference! More

Dick was very straightforward and comical which made the process more enjoyable. Even our local dealer said that Moritz had the best price. We have another local dealer that advertises "We will beat or match any deal." sent them the price and was told to go on. So bottom line if your looking for a new truck take the drive and go see Moritz and Steve Livingston. More
