We don't want to spend a lot of time in the car buying process and the folks at Moritz seem to understand that time is important to a business. The buying process we enjoy with Moritz has evolved to a point where we just call the dealership, tell them what we are looking for and they respond with the vehicles they have that meet our requirements along with a competitive price that allows us to purchase within our vehicle budget. The most recent purchase was handled by Steve Livingston who provided quick and excellent service. Steve provided us with a vehicle and pricing the same day and we had a deal! Steve organized the entire transaction along with having the vehicle ready on the date desired, and arranging for me to complete the purchase with the Moritz Finance Manager (Ron Reed) I prefer. Steve did this despite having to leave town to attend a wedding the day the financial transaction was completed. That's great customer service and I appreciate it! Nic Zaha was recommended to me by a coworker and he was sitting out front waiting for me when I got there. I told him about the Charger I saw listed online, he brought it out, I test drove it, loved it, and decided to buy it. The price listed online is what I paid (not including taxes and warranty), which I thought was fair. Overall everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was pretty painless, which was nice since this was my first time buying a new car. Now I've gone from a used 2002 Saturn SL2 to a new 2016 Dodge Charger SXT with nearly all of the features available. I'd highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for any new Dodge, Chrysler, RAM, or Jeep vehicle. More

The jeep had been wiped down with a rag that left streaks. The first thing I did when I got home was to wipe down the entire Jeep with a clean rag to let the clear coat finish really shine. More

But I got a surprise when I met James Honeycutt. He was our salesman and I have to tell you, he went above and beyond any salesmen that we have ever dealt with at any other dealership in the past 15 years. We went one day to test drive different makes and models with 3 different dealerships, and then the next day we chose Moritz to come back too. James was not pushy at all on either days. He was very patient with me, super nice, extremely helpful through the whole process, and definitely had knowledge of the vehicles. I am very happy with our Jeep and am in love with it. We got a Jeep Cherokee Latitude 75th Anniversary Edition with all the bells and whistles. It drives so smooth. Thank you James Honeycutt for giving us a good day! More
