DO NOT USE THESE PPL. Took 2 repairs, 19 days w/o car. Paid for both repairs, disputed 1st since issue not resolved. Credit card comp agreed. We went and test drove a brand new jeep wagoneer in August 2022 and fell in love with it but noticed there was damage to one of the molding pieces under the door that needed to be replaced. We spoke to the manager Jesse prior to purchasing and he said they would order the part and get it taken care of. I know the times we’re living in so I made it a point to explain that we are business owners and that this was our only family vehicle (all our other vehicles are driven by our employees and needed for our business) so we would have to have a loaner vehicle and he said that wasn’t a problem. They call 6 weeks later and tell me the part has come in but when I asked about the loaner they said that they didn’t have a loaner available for me at the time. I called back the next month to check status and no one had any answers for me and that continued until January when I got fed up (no calls or text returned from my sales person Bryan) and requested to speak with a manager. The manager would not take my call or even let me be sent to his voicemail and instead passed me along to someone in service. I explained to Steve that I was frustrated at the lack of communication and that I completely understood that cars with mechanical issues take priority over cars with cosmetic issues but it’s been 6 months and I just need communication on when it’s going to be handled. Now that I was finally speaking to a person “in charge” I told them about the other issues we were having…There was a bracket sticking out of the window and every time I rolled it down, the bracket was scratching my window, and also that the front bumper had a gap between it and the front headlight. He assured me they would get it in as soon as they could and then continued to called me once a week to let me know the status which I greatly appreciated. 6 weeks later I was able to get my wagoneer in and leave with a loaner. That was 7 weeks ago and I still don’t have my car. I have been getting nothing but bs answers from them (not Steve specifically) and as of today, realized I was being lied to about the status of my car. The service and body shop have ZERO communication and organization. It’s an absolute sh** show over there and I am pissed that I ever bought a car from them. I called Chrysler customer care today and got them involved and they have opened a case for me. Who knows how that’ll go, at this point I have no faith that anyone will make this right. I like to think I am a nice person who has had a lot of patience up to this point. We deal with parts everyday in our business so we understand more than most that it is hard to get things in a timely matter but that’s not what this is. This is people not ordering parts, ordering incorrect parts, not getting the parts where they need to be, and not being honest about what’s going on. This bridge has been burned and we will no longer be doing business with any Moritz dealerships. Edit to add: Moritz heard my concerns and has worked really hard to make things right. Specifically, Rick, Steve, and Gary have made me eat my words and “rebuilt the bridge” lol. The men named care about their customers and if something does go wrong, they will work hard to earn back your business and that’s what matters to me. More

Absolute criminal organization. Took a 2013 Ram pickup in because it had a TCC light come on. Service advisor called and said it needed a complete transmission rebuild for $5930 dollars. I took the pickup to a local transmission shop who told me there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with the transmission. I have since put over 10k mile on it without incident. They are either criminals who are taking advantage of people or they are incompetent. Either is reason to take your automobile elsewhere. (Gary Davis is the criminal Service Advisor involved.) More
