Gary Davis is the best Service Advisor I've ever dealt with. I'm constantly updated on the status of my vehicle and Lisa was gracious enough to schedule me a loaner. Hi, I recently had my SUV in for warranty work. I just want to say how much I appreciate Moritz and their used vehicle warranty as well as my service advisor Terry. My car received a re-manufactured engin want to say how much I appreciate Moritz and their used vehicle warranty as well as my service advisor Terry. My car received a re-manufactured engine and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Terry kept me up on all that was happening. Still can't believe the warranty was honored as described at purchase and no attempt to weasel out of it. I am a very particular person with my trucks and Jimmy understands and never fails to make sure my trucks are serv my Ram's & Jeep's there for years. This is the worst service department ever. They let you make appointment then tell you your issue is not important enough to work on when you arrive due to COVID and them being short staffed. That would be understandable (if they didn't talk down to you like you don't understand) if they had taken the time to call and let you know ahead of time so you could change your plans. I also have a job that COVID effects and have to take my vehicle in for repair when I can. I understand that Fridays are not the best day for repairs and that mine was not an emergency but it is a repair and I deserve the same treatment as everyone else that paid money for a vehicle with them. My vehicle is under warranty and the issue it has is important to me. This was my 2nd bad experience with this location. I was also told when purchasing vehicle that if brought in they would supply a vehicle to drive if I left mine, each time I have been there they do not want to honor that commitment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will attempt to find another service department to use in the future. I was planning to purchase a new vehicle soon so I guess I will be shopping elsewhere. I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. More
Took my BRAND NEW 2020 Challenger, only had it 3 WEEKS, less than 1,000 miles on it, in because it was leaking brand new motor oil. I took it to Moritz because I didn't want to go to those lowlifes at Mead less than 1,000 miles on it, in because it was leaking brand new motor oil. I took it to Moritz because I didn't want to go to those lowlifes at Meador, first thing Monday morning, and Moritz was the closest to me. They told me they were a little backed up and it MIGHT be Tuesday before they could get to it. I find out on THURSDAY they haven't even LOOKED at it yet! I haven't even made my first payment on this car and its been in the shop 1/4 of the time I've owned it! They had to replace the oil cooler due to wiring tape that accidentally got caught when the factory assembled the engine. That I can understand, that was a fluke. But when I get my BRAND NEW car from them, they didn't even bother to wash it, vacuum it out, give me a complimentary oil change or anything. All I got was a hollow "we're sorry it took so long". 5 DAYS TO DO 3 HOURS OF WORK! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! Moritz CJD&R is a bunch of lowlifes just like the lowlifes at Meador CJD&R! STAY AWAY FROM MORITZ AND MEADOR!!! More
