Dealer diagnosed fairly quickly but had to order a part so had to be there overnight. Problem was fixed fine. Dealer used paper floor mat and a plastic steering wheel cover. Timeliness Friendly greeting when dropping off the vehicle. No expected finish time given although I was in no hurry. After 7 hours, I called and Gary Davis said all service was not completed. At that point he asked if I could leave it overnight which was not an option and I was taken back by the request. This was ordinary service, alignment, balance, and software update. I came to the dealership from 30 minutes away know it was not done but needed my vehicle. I got there and luckily he was finishing up. My opinion was that because no end time was provided by Gary, that my vehicle was not prioritized based on my appointment time. I will come back to the dealership but hope that a future visit is more timely. More
