He was thourough, attentive, patient, friendly, & personal. I go to this dealership for everything from routine oil change to buying tires - because they have proven to be trustworthy and extremely convenient. Gary shopped with me for the tires and he helped me prioritize the rest of the long list - all the while telling me about his family and himself. I felt like I made a new friend. I've made other friends there too. The place is just like that. If they don't remember me each time I'm there, they certainly act like they do. More

Mortiz failed to reset the computer so the Jeep says it needs another oil Took our 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit in for and oil change and a detail job. Mortiz failed to reset the computer so the Jeep says it needs another oil change already. Also, after the alleged detail job still there were still bugs splattered across the font hood. This experience combined with the very unsatisfactory repair work on my daughters 2002 Grand Cherokee Overland has ensured I will never return to Mortiz. Very disappointing as I went to Mortiz based upon what I understood to be a good reputation. P.S. Terry and Jimmy were always very pleasant to deal with, but as the service manager, I would expect them to catch and correct the sloppy work before having me drive across town to get the vehicle. More
