We’d buy again from Hames Honeycutt Went to two different dealerships before motors Kia. One sales person was just ok but left us without a word. Other experience was shady at best. James Honeycutt was a breath of fresh air after all that. He was low pressure and very easy to get along with . I didn’t enjoy the back and forth with the sales manager at all on price. I never met the sales manager but I’m convinced he was trying to pull a fast one on me. The finance guy was less than stellar. He pushed the extended warranty HARD when I made it clear that the vehicle would get low usage and that it didn’t make sense for us (I should note here that it seemed to be a bit of a mixed message. James was saying that the dealership was having trouble keeping SAE mechanics employed because all they ever had to do was oil changes and tire rotations. All the finance guy wanted to talk about was all the ways the car was going to break!). In addition he was trying to act cool and funny all the time which came across as fake. I would not want to see this gentleman again . In summary, we love the car and we loved our sales person . James Honeycutt was the reason we purchased the vehicle last night. More

A Phenomenal Experience to say the least. From the moment I went inside of this establishment I knew I was in for a trip, the entire dealership is dedicated and prideful in there customer ser From the moment I went inside of this establishment I knew I was in for a trip, the entire dealership is dedicated and prideful in there customer service to their guests and to there co workers, you wouldn’t find it any where else, heck my job isn’t even as customer oriented as Kia and to be more specific Robert Grinstead was the life of that party and was a jubilant soul, I’ve never seen someone so dedicated to get a sale but to also make sure they maximize the quality of content the customer is getting and to make sure they are happy every step of the way. He worked with me to the very bare bone and not once did he seem bothered or annoyed with my outrageous requests and for that I can only thank him and his crew for being so patient with me Tony and Brian big thank you to them for making it all possible. If I were every to recommend anywhere to get a car it would be Moritz Kia in Alliance. If you don’t believe me then just go there your self and find out Thank you guys so much!
