First Time Car Buyer First, there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to get a Kia after finding myself unexpectedly in need of a car. After having been in a pretty First, there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to get a Kia after finding myself unexpectedly in need of a car. After having been in a pretty bad accident with my little Kia Forte Koup and coming out of it with nothing more than a few scratches, I feel very safe in Kias. But second, that car was my family's third Kia vehicle from Moritz and there was no doubt in my mind that our fourth would also be from Moritz. As for our sales consultant, Blaine, he was so great and so patient. With this being my first big "adult" purchase, and one that I hadn't planned on making for another couple of years, I was stressed and feeling incredibly indecisive. You never plan to simultaneously be a broke college graduate and a broke grad student that has to buy a car at the same time. Blaine dealt with me bouncing back and forth between new and used vehicles, and between Rios, Fortes and Optimas. After probably three mini existential crises and an early onset mid-life crisis spread across three different visits to the dealership, and more bouncing back and forth between vehicles, I decided on a used 2016 Optima. Again, Blaine was incredibly patient and helpful in me finally coming to a decision. Rusty, the manager, was extremely hospitable and helpful early on in the process, and Mike Ford in finances was great as well. We were at the dealership for less than three hours, and I ate up a good two hours just trying to come to a decision. I'm tremendously happy with my decision in, not only car, but my decision to come back to Mortiz Kia Alliance and even more satisfied with the exceptional level of customer service at this dealership. So, now I've had a Spectra and a Forte, and now I have an Optima. They keep getting bigger and better. Maybe next will be in a Sportage. Whatever it is, it will definitely come from Mortiz Kia Alliance (juuuust hopefully a couple of years from now). More

Tip Top Sales Experience! I've bought more than my fair share of cars in the past and, at times, I would have rather gone to see my dentist. I needed a new car but, wasn't look I've bought more than my fair share of cars in the past and, at times, I would have rather gone to see my dentist. I needed a new car but, wasn't looking forward to the buying experience. However... James Honeycutt was great to work with. He made the buying experience very easy and smooth. James doesn't try to sell you something, he'll listen to what your needs and wants are and gets an understanding of what you are looking for. And just importantly, not what you are looking for. I would recommend James to anyone looking to purchase a new auto! Hat tip to Rusty Sanders as well. More
