Rusty verified that the specific Kia Soul I had picked out was still available. I met with Rusty and Internet Sales Manager Bruce Lindeman the next morning. Took a test drive and purchased the car. The whole buying experience could not have been any better. Since I can't talk during the workday on the phone Greg accommodated me via text to establish communication with me about the car I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, which is rare in this business, and when I told him we would meet on Monday he did not bother or send messages over the weekend. I came in as we agreed and he took care and negotiated the price in a way that made me think he wanted to do a fair deal. I got the car I was looking for and got a good deal with it. I'd recommend Greg any day. One opportunity I see for the sales process is to either know all the possible numbers ahead or have an instant message on the computer with a manager so there wouldn't have to be so much of a back and forth. To the manager's credit he came out to meet me and thank me for my business. More

They know how to treat people their customers the way they want to be treated - sell a good product at a good price with a good warranty and an easy to deal with staff. Bruce, my salesperson, did a superb job at caring about what I care about. He walked me through different options that fit my needs. I can honestly say that the best thing about my experience with Moritz was.., Nobody was an xxxxxxx. Quite the opposite. And that is truly refreshing. More
