Great experience with your Chris with Sales! My husband and I had a great experience with Chris. He was very patient with me and exceeded my expectations. Our issue was with the finance departmen My husband and I had a great experience with Chris. He was very patient with me and exceeded my expectations. Our issue was with the finance department from the time we met with the guy he seemed o question our income and asked again for current pay stubs to show proof of income which we had already provided. Once we got back to the other office to finalize paperwork we had signed maybe 1 page before he went over some package that would cover oil changes and tires which my husband declined because of where we live (40) min away it just didn’t make sense. The man was in his words “baffled” that my husband would not do it. I finally chimed in and just told him we don’t want it please stop before my husband gets upset. It was silent and then he stopped what he was doing and walked out. The finance manager then came in to ask my husband again and at that point my husband was ready to leave the only reason he didn’t was because how bad I wanted my Telluride. The manager told me he would be giving me a call by Monday to tell me if he was able to get my payments lower from their financing and it’s been 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to them and I have yet to receive a phone call. I wish my great experience with Chris would of kept going with the finance department. More
