The Service Manager Steve V - was very helpful - kept me informed of what was needed and did not try to add services that were not needed. I am a Senior on a limited budget and feel very confident in the Alliance Service Department for taking great care of my Sportage! More

Best car buying experience of my life I have bought 4 cars in my lifetime, but this was the quickest I have ever gotten out of the dealership. The salesmen was knowledgeable about all of t I have bought 4 cars in my lifetime, but this was the quickest I have ever gotten out of the dealership. James Honeycutt was a breath of fresh air after all that. He was low pressure and very easy to get along with . I didn’t enjoy the back and forth with the sales manager at all on price. I never met the sales manager but I’m convinced he was trying to pull a fast one on me. The finance guy was less than stellar. He pushed the extended warranty HARD when I made it clear that the vehicle would get low usage and that it didn’t make sense for us (I should note here that it seemed to be a bit of a mixed message. James was saying that the dealership was having trouble keeping SAE mechanics employed because all they ever had to do was oil changes and tire rotations. All the finance guy wanted to talk about was all the ways the car was going to break!). In addition he was trying to act cool and funny all the time which came across as fake. I would not want to see this gentleman again . In summary, we love the car and we loved our sales person . James Honeycutt was the reason we purchased the vehicle last night. More
