2 Kia’s in for service and new tires Brought both our Kia Souls in for oil change service and new sets of tires. Had to work with the Service Mngr Charlie on this last visit and he went above and beyond to avoid last visit problem and to do what ever was necessary to make things right. Appreciate all he did to assure that the tech provided excellent customer service and that I would be a satisfied and returning customer. More

Good deal and couldn’t have been easier! I was interested in selling my 2011 QX56 but not interested in buying another car. Had braced myself that I would have to deal with the new car push I was interested in selling my 2011 QX56 but not interested in buying another car. Had braced myself that I would have to deal with the new car push in any transaction. I met with Bruce Lindemen at Moritz Kia and boy did I luck out. Bruce was friendly, respectful and made no buy a new car push. I brought my car in to him and it was checked out in less than 20 mins. Within about 30 mins Bruce had an offer for me. Based on my research the offer was very fair. I called back a few days later to accept. I was going out of town in 2 days and Bruce and I could not coordinate schedules. He offered to have a co-worker stay late the next day with the prepared paperwork. I went in and paperwork took less than 15 mins and the deal was done. They made the process so easy and smoothe I cant say enough great things he about them. Not all the drama I expected the process to be. Kudos to Bruce and many thanks! More
