Tim was nice, but overall experience negative Positive first: Timothy was very nice and very helpful helping us narrow down what we wanted when buying a certified preowned Kia. He was knowledgeabl Positive first: Timothy was very nice and very helpful helping us narrow down what we wanted when buying a certified preowned Kia. He was knowledgeable about the different models and helped us narrow down to buying a 2015 Kia Sorento. He wasn’t your typical “pushy salesman” and he was genuine and Professional. Overall we feel we bought the car at a fair price after going back and forth. For the negative... initially when I said leather was a must have, he asked the manager if we could add leather to one with cloth. The manager said yes it’s $1,000. So, at signing, we had the surprise of the leather costing $2,000. Long story short we negotiated to throw in the leather for us at no cost because of the manager telling us it was 1K and because we were willing to wait and look elsewhere if they didn’t give me KBB value for my trade in. It’s concerning to me that the manager didn’t know the cost of this and just through out an number to me (and not saying that was an estimate.) also, we were told they’d try to have the leather done before we left for our weekend trip but they didn’t. I called the dealership the morning we were leaving to ask when it was done...they said “oh, no it won’t be done today but should be Saturday.” So we got a loaner car for our trip (bummer). We called Monday and they said “no it’s not ready but can you bring the loaner car here because we need to replace the expired stickers”. This was super annoying and an inconvenience. THEN they said “well it should be done tomorrow”. After being patient and kind up until this point, I finally said “this is a little ridiculous I thought it was for sure going to be done Monday? I’m not very happy”. Then, FINALLY when I picked up my car Wednesday ... there were peanuts in the floor and Barbie doll accessories in the cargo trunk area. I showed Tim and he offered to have it detailed again and fill my fuel tank, but I said “no it’s not worth having to come back here.” So the detailers sucked. I WILL say the leather turned out great and I’m glad we added that! Just sucks we were told it would be done on a certain day and it wasn’t. To top it all off after 3 days of ownership the passenger door handle broke off from me opening the door like a normal person would in order to get my baby out. As of now I am currently awaiting them to call me when the part comes in....When you have a 3 monTh old it is a PAIN to have to go back and forth to the dealership. I most likely will not return to this dealership. Unfortunately buying my first car (after having my Mazda 3 for 10 Year’s since I was 16 and loving it) was not a pleasant and fun experience. I was excited to upgrade to a newer, bigger family car, but it was more a headache than a celebration. More

Bradley Bunch is excellent! This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I wasn't sitting at the car lot all day I was in and out within 2 hours. It took so long because I was so indecisive about the vehicle I wanted! This dealership was all all around awesome. I didn't feel pressure to buy. Bradley was there to answer all my questions about the different models or SUV's that Kia offered. Mike the finance manager was also a big help!!!! More

My new Kia I still can't believe it was such a positive experience! This was, by far, the easiest car purchase I've ever done.
