Customer Friendly. Tim and Mike are awesome! I was pleasantly surprised by this car dealership. Most other dealerships that I had been to, I felt forced into looking at cars into helping the emp I was pleasantly surprised by this car dealership. Most other dealerships that I had been to, I felt forced into looking at cars into helping the employer make a sale. I felt as though making the sale came before my personal comfort at the dealership. However, at Moritz Kia, I could tell that the employees number one concerns were their client’s comfort and not having them feeling forced into buying a car. Tim Hetherington, the employee that sold me my Chevy Equinox, was amazing to work with. He gave me all the information in regards to the vehicle and didn’t try to hide any of the not so good parts. In addition to that, he was extremely proactive in the process that needed to be taken in order to get the car at the best rate possible, and retrieve the vehicle quickly. I highly recommend. More

Best car buying experience EVER! I cannot recommend Moritz Kia Alliance more highly! My family needed a new van, and I started researching like crazy as I have a desire to get the be I cannot recommend Moritz Kia Alliance more highly! My family needed a new van, and I started researching like crazy as I have a desire to get the best product and deal possible, especially for such a large investment! I was using Edmunds, Kelley Blue Blook and a host of other information sources for my “studies”. We knew that we wanted a Kia Sedona after renting several vans. It was our favorite by far regardless of price, plus it is great knowing it’s the safest van on the road. We live in the Austin area, but I expanded our search criteria to a 500 mile radius after much disappointment. That all ended when Maxter Cooper contacted me after an Edmunds inquiry. He was a breath of fresh air... SO friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Based on my criteria, he went to work for me and in no time found our DREAM van!! In the whole 500 mile radius, we narrowed our search down to two vans and they were both from Moritz! Maxter found us a fully loaded, gorgeous Sedona SX in platinum graphite that is to die for. We wanted new with everything that goes with it, but didn’t want the cost of new. Maxter found this beauty which is a 2017, with very few miles, but considered new and listed as new. So this van is the best of both worlds and we got a great deal. Not only is this van stunning, but it drives like a luxury vehicle. I have driven my sister’s Lexus many times and I don’t feel much difference. Now I am looking for reasons to get out and drive. Everyone who has gotten in it goes “WOW!”. Our van is very important to us because we travel a LOT and are in it continually. Maxter got that and was really cool. It is worth traveling to Fort Woth to visit Moritz Kia Alliance and Maxter. I feel like I have a new friend. This van is answered prayer. Stellar service! Stellar van! Very happy! More
