There was no pressure and before we were about to head out there door wanting to look at another car we had in mind he offered to at least plug in numbers so that we could compare prices and what deal we would get for a trade in. My salesman was very patine while I debated color and what I had to have or could pass on. I was open that I had credit issues, and had no idea what financing would look like, and that this is not easy for me as I am embarrassed and ashamed of the situation I am in. Both the new car manager and my salesman were kind, patient, and calming. Never once talking down to me, or being intimidating or rude, or condescending. Instead always showed respect and kindness, not something you find everyday. They made what I thought was impossible possible, and I not only found a car I loved, but could finance and approve, which I did not think would happen. My car is the opposite of what I said I wanted, but truly love and am excited to have bells and whistles I never thought I would be able to get. I would recommend the dealership and representative to anyone looking. I have no regrets and love the car more today then when I bought it Saturday More
