Great Service Close to Home I have been taking my car in for service at Moritz for years and was excited when they opened one so close to home. I took my car in today for regular I have been taking my car in for service at Moritz for years and was excited when they opened one so close to home. I took my car in today for regular service and walked out with a new car! I decided to just look at new cars while waiting for my car to be done and James was extremely helpful. He showed me the new 2018 Sorento and showed me a new car with everything that I wanted, even though I had no intentions to buy. He helped me determine my trade in value with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to follow through. I then saw Rusty (who I worked with when I bought a car at Moritz Kia Hurst) and he instantly came over and said hi. The customer service that you receive is top notch, especially for repeat Moritz customers. We explored the possibility of a new car a little further and ultimately it was James' kindness to my family (he even gave my son cookies out of his desk), being remembered as a previous customer by Rusty, and a thorough explanation of all things financial by Michael that helped convince me that this was the right decision.
