It was quick and easy, they weren’t trying to just get a deal. I would definitely recommend and send family and friends to Kia. Arshad was a pleasure to work with. Looking for someone to listen to you and make sure you leave happy. Please go see Arshad at Kia. More

I have wanted my Telluride since they first came out but Covid put a glitch on that. When stock finally started to come back, Moritz Kia was there for us. When other dealers were adding “fees” on their vehicles, Moritz was not. We got a great deal and a great Telluride. We have had several Moritz Kias over the years. It all started with a 2003 Optima and it has gone on for quite awhile through our family. The Moritz Kia count is at 7 and the only one that’s not running is the 2003 Optima. It was decided that after 250,000 miles we could retire it. Thank you Moritz Kia Alliance. More

The told me the repairs would be $6000 but have no details and would not tell me. After asking many times of what all work needed to completed never got a straight answer. Called several times and sent several emails. No response till one day another advisor called me and asked me if I wanted to have the repairs completed. I then again asked for the details and was told they would have to look into it. A week went by still no word I called a few time with no luck and then got a text that my sons car was ready for pick up. I called to ask what all took place only to get no call backs. On 12-23 I received a certificate letter that the car was towed and I have to pay $600 to get it out. They did not have permission to tow it and should not have towed the car and still not returning calls and the towing company wants me to pay them for something the service department took upon themselves to do. They are completely unprofessional and do not waist your money on the crooks. Who knows this might be a good story for fox4. How service departments for cars dealership take your money and if you ask for details they find a way to screw you over. More
