He went above and beyond to insure that we that we could get our documents signed before my wife had to fly out of town for business Could not ask for a ore simple transaction. Bruce was the only dealer rep in the rea who was honest and up front about how the process would work, Four other dealerships promised a check when we dropped of the vehicle and that was great until we tried to collect. Oh that will be 4-6 weeks before the vehicle clears title. As soon as that happens we will give you a check. Like i said Bruce was the only one who told us up front that it would in fact take 2-3 weeks before we received a check from the dealership for the equity we had in the truck. I'm a real estate investor. we sold the truck because I wanted cash flow and to use the equity for a down payment on a rental property that I will eventually flip not because I had too. Bruce's integrity earned us as a customer. We will be back to purchase out next new SUV. More
