The hardest part of my day was getting to the dealership with my trade-in. Brad had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was very thorough when he explained the features of my new vehicle. Brad was personable and professional...a straight-shooter as well...someone that I trusted to help guide me through the process. Mike in financing was very helpful when looking at extended warranty options. He was honest and provided feedback as we talked through my needs so that I had the right warranty package for my situation. Later that evening, I realized that I had left a couple of items in my trade-in; I reached out to Brad and he took care of the matter first thing the following day.
