I took my car in for routine maintenance and when I received it back, there was a very small chip in the windshield. The service team, specifically the service manager and two other individuals (I wish received it back, there was a very small chip in the windshield. The service team, specifically the service manager and two other individuals (I wish I knew their name) but they went above and beyond to resolve the chip in my windshield. Literally. It was quick answers and more importantly I felt like they actually cared! They remained respectful, didn't treat me as if I was a nuisance, only wanted to make sure I left satisfied-- just genuine great customer service that I truly appreciated and I could actually feel their sincerity.
