I had an appointment and took my Kia Soul in cause my AC was not getting cold enough. So I did not have to wait around since they didn’t know how long it would take ordered an Uber to take me home while bei was not getting cold enough. So I did not have to wait around since they didn’t know how long it would take ordered an Uber to take me home while being checked out. They said it was something to do with the compressor and needed replacing. Had to order the part for it, My car is still under warranty. They ordered another Uber to bring me back. Both times they paid for it. They made another appointment to bring it back. I brought it back and again both times they paid for an Uber while being serviced and fixed since didn’t know how long it would take to fix. Took 3 hours only. AC works great now. Christian Arbaiza my service advisor was the best in getting my car fixed and handling everything. Always polite and prompt in calling me back when fixed and getting another Uber to take me back. Always very organized and professional. Recommend them highly. More
