We had been in touch with Garry Johnson prior to coming to the dealership (all the way from Waco!). He hadn't arrived for the day yet when we came to the dealership to purchase the Sorento that we liked, so David Boldak invited us in, brought around the vehicle, showed it to us, and took it on a test drive with us while we waited for Garry. When we came back, Garry had arrived and we finished the deal with him. He did everything in his power to make sure that we were as close to the price point we wanted as we could get! After the deal was made, we headed into finance with Amir Rafiq and he was able to get us a great deal on financing too! All around, this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had, all thanks to Garry, David, and Amir! Thanks, guys! More

From the moment I walked into the door, until the moment I drove away, I could not have asked for a better experience. I purchased a preowned Kia optima from Moritz Kia in Hurst from Doug Murphy. Doug was very knowledgable about the cars features and options and educated me so that I could pick the perfect car for my situation. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make customer feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated. Doug was with me every step of the way and the finance department really worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate available. After purchasing the car I noticed a small gouge in one of my tires. Doug told me to bring the car back up, and he ordered and replaced the custom sized tire free of charge. He then took it to a local shop to have it aligned, washed my car for the second time, and filled up my tank. This was my first experience with a dealership but I was astounded with Doug and the rest of his team. I have already pointed two coworkers to this dealership and will surely go with them the next time I need a car.
