He was not so focused on earning a dollar, but showed more concern for ensuring that I was pleased with the vehicle I chose, and that I was also pleased with the price I paid for my vehicle. Russ and quite a few others were very patient staying with us way beyond closing time. I went in to this dealership at the end of my rope with sales. I had a horrible experience at another dealership (Carmax) and when I spoke with Jerry on the phone he assured me they would help me in any wa sales. I was greeted by Michael Redwood when I pulled up and he took over the sale of the vehicle... He made sure I was comfortable and that my daughter was comfortable. The time there was not near as long as I Expected but the time we were there was great. Purchasing a car with a 3 yr old is not always easy but the people who helped me here made it wonderful. I worked with Charwick in finance and he was also an amazing person to work with, he explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood everything along the way. In the service department I have work with Mark S. and he is a wonderful person to deal with as well. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a smile on their face and made sure that their customer left with one as well, they all went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I left.
