From the minute I drove on the lot, Mike walked up to me and asked how he could help. I told him I was interested in taking the Soul for a ride, and find out the details about the car. Mike KNOWS his product, and wanted me to experience everything from driving it to being able to set the radio. I was so impressed that I wanted to learn more. He showed me different models and I ended up choosing the Kia Exclaim. Very cool car. I've been very happy with it. Mike made sure I understood my contract, how much they were giving me for my car, and what the process in general was going to be. He met me after I completed the financing and told me when my permanent tags would be in. I drove off a happy camper! It was a smooth, steady, and pleasant experience.
