My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle after driving with Saturn for the last 10 years. I was not looking forward to the experience since I had not had good service from any dealer other than Sa driving with Saturn for the last 10 years. I drove to the KIA lot in North Richland Hills and was immediately greeted with a warm smile, genuine concern and customer service attitude. Laurel Hoff worked with me and my 2 children through the 4 hours buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and the entire staff was very friendly. After test driving 3 vehicles, Laurel helped me select the perfect car with the options I wanted and could afford. Even after being handed off to finance, Laurel checked in on me. The finance office was also very courteous and worked with me until we found the right monthly payment. I have had my KIA for 2 months now and it runs great! I recently returned to the dealership where Laurel recognized me and greeted me with the same great attitude! My wife and I will be looking to replace our minivan soon. From the moment I arrived on the lot the salesmen and reception were so friendly. Greg brought a car for me to look at and we did a test drive, then another with side by side comparisons. Unfortunately the car I bought was not originally on your lot but on one on the other side of town that needed to be picked up and detailed. The detail guys did a great job. The one thing I do wish is that I could have gotten my car with less miles even if I would have needed to wait, I did not feel that the final number would have been shown to me prior to signing. More
