My experience at Moritz KIA in Hurst was not only rated as “Great” but, it was Excellent! It started off with the nicest sales consultant I had ever met named Laurel Hoff. She is very genuine and passionat as “Great” but, it was Excellent! It started off with the nicest sales consultant I had ever met named Laurel Hoff. She is very genuine and passionate at what she does and is determined to satisfy any customer’s needs. Toward the end of my purchase I was introduced to the finance manager named Reed Charwick he too did such a great job with working with me in the financial aspect of the purchase. Reed is a kind and devoted man who never once had anything negative to say. Reed and Laurel both stayed past business hours to help me purchase this vehicle when they could have just called it quits. I am so glad I selected Moritz KIA in Hurst to purchase my vehicle that was affordable and exactly what I had in mind. Thank you to all the Moritz KIA Staff Members. Erin ? More

Greg was certainly courteous and mannerly throughout the entire purchase transaction. But the bottom line here is which I appreciated: He was very professional, very knowledgeable, never pushy and so entire purchase transaction. And if he didn't know the answer he would go get the answer. Further, he was observant enough to realize that I had left my Toll Tag in my trade in-car and saved it for me. I consider this act to be over and above the call of duty. I would absolutely recommend Greg as the sales person for other car buying prospects. Went to Moritz Kia to get some information on the Soul. Met Leo Amaya who answered all my questions and educated me about the vehicle. His focus was finding out what I was looking for. Turns out he didn't have the vehicle I was looking for but he told me he could get one in a few days and would honor the price of the car we test drove. My new Soul arrived earlier than promised and when we went to sign the deal they LOWERED the price by $500.00. Seems there was a Kia cash back incentive that just started that week. If they hadn't told us about the incentive we would have never know about it. Thanks Leo and Moritz staff for a wonderful experience! Angie More
