Moritz Kia’s Service Department in Hurst, TX. is top notch! This time around, Martin serviced our Kia Niro Hybrid and he did a fantastic job! My husband could not believe he had “The Works” done in one hour’s time! We had a coupon for “The Works,” which expired on October 31st. When my husband called them to set an appointment up with them, the first opening they had available was on November 1st, but they still honored that coupon! They are honest, dependable and reliable! Their Sales Department is also top notch! This is the second car we’ve bought from Moritz Kia and, when the time comes, I’m sure we will purchase another from them! More

I go back to Moritz time after time because of their service. Buying the car is only part of the process. When my car left me stranded, I called your service dept and kept getting everyones answering machine, which was super frustrating, but finally, (after multiple try’s) David answered and DID NOT TRANSFER ME and kept getting everyones answering machine, which was super frustrating, but finally, (after multiple try’s) David answered and DID NOT TRANSFER ME!
