They are out for only one thing. Take all they can from you! It's hidden so well in the pre sales agreement, or it doesn't show up on the fancy desk size flat panel "sign here" "sign here" now "sign here" process. But then it's evident when you get home and really have time to peruse the contract.. an extra $650 for a bogus Acquisition Fee tacked on. Yeah Yeah they'll say we reserve the right to... blah blah blah.. but in their heart of hearts they know they pulled one over on you. The only good thing is that we came from a distance away and will never have to see their cheating false smiles while getting the car serviced. This update negates the previous praises in the comment that started with... "Responsive to initial and follow questions for a breakdown of their best Out The Door Price" Overall a big fat ZERO for transparency!!! Buyer Beware!! More

My car was sent in for service due to a recall on a part of the engine which directly affected me because my car wouldn’t work due to this issue. My car was sent to the service center on August 28th and I d of the engine which directly affected me because my car wouldn’t work due to this issue. My car was sent to the service center on August 28th and I didn’t receive it back until October 29th. No communication was shared until about 1-2 weeks before the car was returned though myself and the management of my dealership constantly checked for updates we kept getting told to wait 2 weeks. I only received updates because I finally reached someone who cared and followed up as promised. 2 months without the car I pay for is completely unreasonable and I’m very disappointed with the service I received especially knowing other Lia owners who got the same issue fixed within days. More

I was able to get an appointment at my convenience, I was thankful for the reminders informing me of the time, name of my service advisor and location. I was able to pull right in at my allotted time and was thankful for the reminders informing me of the time, name of my service advisor and location.
