From the minute I drove on the lot, Mike walked up to me and asked how he could help. I told him I was interested in taking the Soul for a ride, and find out the details about the car. Mike KNOWS his product, and wanted me to experience everything from driving it to being able to set the radio. I was so impressed that I wanted to learn more. He showed me different models and I ended up choosing the Kia Exclaim. Very cool car. I've been very happy with it. Mike made sure I understood my contract, how much they were giving me for my car, and what the process in general was going to be. He met me after I completed the financing and told me when my permanent tags would be in. I drove off a happy camper! It was a smooth, steady, and pleasant experience. This was my first new car buying experiance. I came into the dealership and started working with another sales man and he wasnt the guys for us. He found me the perfect Sportage at an amazing price. A little haggling and two panic attacks later i drove away in my new Sportage. The Moritz family is amazing and I'm glad im now part of it. I have even gone back a few times in the last month for them to show me how to work things I couldn't figure out on my own! I know without a doubt when my husband is ready for a new car in the next 12 months we will only by for Moritz and hopefully only from Allen.
