Russ and quite a few others were very patient staying with us way beyond closing time. Truthfully we had no intention of buying that night but they brought the deal to life and we realized we had define with us way beyond closing time. I went in to this dealership at the end of my rope with sales. I had a horrible experience at another dealership (Carmax) and when I spoke with Jerry on the phone he assured me they would help me in any wa sales. I was greeted by Michael Redwood when I pulled up and he took over the sale of the vehicle... He made sure I was comfortable and that my daughter was comfortable. The time there was not near as long as I Expected but the time we were there was great. Purchasing a car with a 3 yr old is not always easy but the people who helped me here made it wonderful. I worked with Charwick in finance and he was also an amazing person to work with, he explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood everything along the way. In the service department I have work with Mark S. and he is a wonderful person to deal with as well. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a smile on their face and made sure that their customer left with one as well, they all went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I left.
