This is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership. It tops in service of all other dealerships so for as dependable work and quality. Their salesperson left work twice himself to assist dealership. It tops in service of all other dealerships so for as dependable work and quality. Their salesperson left work twice himself to assist me when I was trying to see if I understood how to use a charger where you pay instead of charging at home as I was going on a trip. I could not get the charger to release and another person tried and could not either. I called Demetreius, the sales person, asked him what to do. He said you are just 3 minutes away and he was there in 5 minutes and got it to release. A few days later I had a flat tire and could go no further without ruining the rim. I called AARP and they said without spare, my car would have to be towed. Again , I called Demetreius to see if my new EV6 had a spare and if Kia’s roadside service would either repair the tire or bring one . He said he would call me back. He said he had the answer and would be right there and I was about 12 miles away. There was something in my car that he got out that put enough air in my tire to get it back to the dealership for them to replace the tire. He followed behind to be sure I made it back before the tire got too low to drive. I love the dealership but this salesperson is the main reason I keep coming back. He is honest and everything he has ever told me has proven to be true. More
