I had an oil change and other service on fri. 2014 Kia Sorento 4cyl gdi. I asked synthetic 5W20 bec it says it on the oilcap and is Kia recommended. Rep told me they put 5W30!! I asked him why? He sai Sorento 4cyl gdi. I asked synthetic 5W20 bec it says it on the oilcap and is Kia recommended. Rep told me they put 5W30!! I asked him why? He said its fine!
