Moritz Kia went above and beyond! I was living in Hawaii when first inquired on Sorento. I am active duty Air Force and was moving to Texas in March. When discussing the car and the price they ensured I had all the information I needed on Sorento and price negotiation went smoothly. They had the vehicle all set and COVID hit and one and a half weeks out all military movements were stopped. During this uncertain time they remained patient with me as I waited word when I would move. Andrew would check in from time to time. When I finally received word I would move in June, they once again went above ensuring all paperwork and docs were ready when I arrived. They knew during this uncertain time this move was stressful and they ensured to make it as easy as possible. Andrew picked my family up at the airport...with 6 BIG bags and he even took us to cargo to pick up our dog. it helped us out tremendously. Once we got to the dealership we literally were done with all signing and deposit within 5 minutes. I will say I have not liked almost all of my car shopping experiences BUT Andrew and Derek with Moritz Kia made this a great experience and I will recommend them over and over again!!
