I had a serious issue with my new Atlas and I was frustrated that a new car was not performing the way I had expected. At first, I was told the repair for the brakes would not be covered under warra frustrated that a new car was not performing the way I had expected. It was a rocky road to get the car repaired. However, Javier stepped it up and took ownership of the problem on my behalf and turned around the whole situation. I understand some of the issues I had with the service department were not necessarily his fault. He apologized and got the repair done. He also stepped up the communication which I needed. I appreciate a lot of communication when it comes to any repair and one feels more like they are making real time decisions.
