Chad took care of it and worked with the warranty company to cover the full cost of the new engine minus deductible (very different experience at other shops when working with extended warranties). They even set me up in a nice rental car while it was being fixed. Just all around pleasant experience. More

I had to bring my car to the service shop THREE times for the same issue. Cost me two additional tows, a lot of inconvenience, and not fixing the issue the first time might have caused further damage that co the same issue. Cost me well over $1000 for all of this when it could have been addressed in one shot and probably cost less. Their technicians clearly don’t thoroughly check issues. I’ve had similar issues with them in the past with the wrong type of part put in, causing a second failure and another tow. I only go there because that’s where my dad bought this car and had no issues for 10 years. Now I can’t seem to get anything done right the first time with the current technician team. They did discount the cost of labor a couple times and waive the fees of the extra visits to account for the extra labor time necessary to recheck this issue twice, but didn’t discount anything to account for the three extra tows I’ve had in less than a year (which made me run out of AAA tows so I had to use my sisters account to avoid over $200 tow expense) or account for the inconvenience of having a car consistently fail because of their negligence. The service Reps are great there and do what they can to make things as good as possible, they just aren’t backed up by quality technicians. I know they have to make money, but getting better technicians is the long term answer, not nickel and diming their customers. More
