Rotate and balance not done. Requested oil estimate Requesred estimate for oil change at appointment and just before service. Told tires not rotated or balanced after oil change. Purchased them a year ago at Morries and told lifetime rotation. Odd that after I check out that balance is extra. Told tire in rear was 1/32 less tread than in front and that is why they did not rotate. X Drives have 60/40 rear power. Now my tire will have even more wear. Will have to make an appointment somewhere else to get work done. More
