Not as thorough as they used to be Last 2 times I’ve gotten an oil change and a service that costed money, they haven’t done an inspection report or filled my tires. I sit there for an hour for just an oil change every time. What do they do during that hour? I’d like to see. Used to enjoy coming to Morrie’s, but now, not so much. Seems like they don’t care. If next time isn’t better, I’m taking my business elsewhere. More

Good customer service for overlong appt. I brought my car in for a tire patch and an oil change and was told it would take an hour, an hour and a half at the longest. When no one came to let I brought my car in for a tire patch and an oil change and was told it would take an hour, an hour and a half at the longest. When no one came to let me know what was going on after an hour and a half, I checked him at the service desk and saw that my car was still up in the air with the tire off. The agent told me he would check on my car and let me know what was going on. When he didn’t check in with me after 15 minutes, I checked back at the desk frustrated to see my car in the same position. He could see my frustration, told me they had gotten behind, and then comped my oil change and reduced the price of the tire patch. I appreciated this compensation in lieu of the extra time I had to spend at the dealership. More
