Recall service Overall, I had a really pleasant experience having my 2011 Hyundai Sonata serviced. Phil did a great job of explaining things and offered to schedule another warranty covered repair on the spot. The only negative thing I have to say is the front inside of my car was dirtier than when I brought it in. I understand things needing to be moved around, but it was definitely noticeable that the air and cabin filters had been examined because the dashboard was quite dirty, Nothing a quick wipe with a towel that I had in my car couldn't take care of, just something that could've been noticed and taken care of. More

I waited for my oil change and No one called me. Service writer was not at all courteous about my request for Buy Happy. He said only that my Buy Happy was over and ther was no Semi synthetic oil o Service writer was not at all courteous about my request for Buy Happy. He said only that my Buy Happy was over and ther was no Semi synthetic oil offered for Bbuy Happy customers without additional charge. I waited in the customer area with no notification for over an hour before going back to the service desk and the writer was still not available. Another writer saw my disappointment and took over the billing process. More

Horrible Experience They apparently like to buy parts and do the services after we explicitly said we didn't want it and did it again without our confirmation. They also They apparently like to buy parts and do the services after we explicitly said we didn't want it and did it again without our confirmation. They also clearly DO NOT test drive the car to make sure it's safe and ready to pick up. My car was in a worse condition than before only for them to check and realize that the replacement had a crack. They must've not checked to see if the part is even of quality - only to redo all the work. Poor communication, do not take full accountability for their mistakes, and still try to rip you off making you pay for a service you didn't give consent to. About a week or two later, ALL my coolant was spilled out and my car was heating up. Had to take it to Morrie's again (after we told them we would never come back for their service). Yet again, it wasn't their fault so there goes more money down the drain for them to fix something... ONLY to find the coolant leaking again (all of a sudden there's a hole) a couple of days later. We knew we HAD to avoid them this time around because issues kept arising one after another everytime we took it Morrie's. More
