My first experience was so smooth and the customer service was so excellent that when a new unrelated issue developed, I didn't even look around for somewhere else to go. Upon seeing the bill, I wish I had-- my first issue was covered by warranty, but this one was out of pocket, and a LOT out of pocket at that. For the actual work done, I feel I was overcharged at least $200. It is clear to me now that returning to Morrie's for work not covered by the warranty was a big mistake-- I'll be seeking out third-party mechanics from now on. More

I was greeted and promptly served by friendly and helpful staff. I was given a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired so that I could go to work, which I sincerely appreciated. I received a video of the mechanic sharing what he found wrong with my vehicle which was something I’ve never seen before. This is a nice added touch as it creates trust between the customer and the shop. I felt this level of service is going above and beyond, and far exceeds my previous experiences elsewhere. I would highly recommend Morrie’s Hyundai over and over again. Thank you for providing the best customer experience I’ve received to date. More

Helpful service advisor I took my car in to have a problem looked at, and unfortunately the problems turned out to be more extensive than I was hoping. I'm on a limited budget at the moment, which caused some stress, but the service advisor helped me figure out what was most urgent and was kind and patient while I figured out my finances and what to prioritize. Tried calling multiple times phone would ring get past to customer service representative who then sent an email to the service advisor still no call back Left voice mail no call back. When I did get a hold of one of the advisor he told me the parts are on order. Then get a call first thing the next morning saying car done. Not the best customer service. More
