I'm on a limited budget at the moment, which caused some stress, but the service advisor helped me figure out what was most urgent and was kind and patient while I figured out my finances and what to prioritize. Good timely service but they missed one thing. Their light inspection reported that all lights were OK. However,the left brake light was out and when this was pointed out to them the light was repl Their light inspection reported that all lights were OK. Tried calling multiple times phone would ring get past to customer service representative who then sent an email to the service advisor still no call back Left voice mail no call back. When I did get a hold of one of the advisor he told me the parts are on order. Then get a call first thing the next morning saying car done. Not the best customer service. More

Average I only give 4 stars because of how kind and inviting the employees were. However having to pay anything for the fix I required was unfortunate. It was a known issue on the elantra causing water to pool inside my car, and it was not covered by warranty. Frustrating to pay even more money on top of buying a brand new vehicle. More
