GM Jesse leads by example and brings out the best from his staff. Dean and Steve in sales are always welcoming and go above and beyond helpful every visit...they know their customers by name. Eric in service invites me in with his winsome and customer focused attitude and James delivers me to work on time and in style each ride and with great conversation during the ride. My car gets great care and always looks and rides better when done. I don't know the names of those that wash my car, but if I did I would mention them by name, as well. A year ago my wife had a stroke and I still need to take her to therapy two days a week. My wife's car needed service and I had a very busy schedule this week and we needed her car for this weekend. I called Eric and explained my situation and ask if he could help me get my wife to Courage Center, about 3 miles away, while her car was being serviced. Eric bent over backwards to accomodate my wife's needs for physical therapy and my busy schedule this week. I appreciated that Eric and Morries went the extra mile to help me out. More
While traveling for work out of town with a co-worker, our car was broken in to and a window smashed. I contacted Steve from Morrie's Hyundai late on a Thursday night - he got our car secured within their facilty, completed the repair paperwork so it would be ready to go as soon as possible the next day, and gave us a ride to our hotel. Everyone we met and dealt with at the dealership on Thursday night and Friday were outstanding. Great people and great service. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Eric went above and beyond to help me with a tow and warranty service issue. I had a very bad experience with trying to get my Santa Fe towed to the dealership for service.
