Brought the car in for its 20,000 mile physical. It all went fine until I was informed that I should replace the cabin air filter - for 70 bucks. I knew I could get one from Amazon for 20 bucks and It all went fine until I was informed that I should replace the cabin air filter - for 70 bucks. I knew I could get one from Amazon for 20 bucks and replace the filter in 5 minutes. So, I said no. She said ok and that she would have the technician put the existing cabin air filter back in, then I could get on the road. The act of re-installing the filter (a one minute activity) took 30 minutes. I was pretty annoyed. More
