Mediocre job when it comes to applying certain packages to your vehicle and rather than making it right they proceed to argue with you despite having proof from professionals, and photos validating that th to your vehicle and rather than making it right they proceed to argue with you despite having proof from professionals, and photos validating that the job wasn’t 100% complete and what was completed wasn’t to the quality someone would expect when purchasing a new vehicle. Specifically (Peter bishop) found it more convenient during our multiple arguments in the lobby between cutting me off, shouting, and threatening, but to also not give me the customer the choice of my money back for the lack of service. Instead, he attempted to force me against my own comfort to do things his way after I had already lost trust and had to go through the effort to get it professionally fixed as repair the damage and flaws. Zach Halling was an excellent salesman but when it comes to management I’ve never met anyone as disrespectful, unprofessional, and argumentative as Peter in all the years and numerous vehicles I have purchased. More
I had several issues while my car was there being serviced. There were calls that went unreturned, a large, expensive repair needed to be done and I had to ask them to see if it was covered by the wa serviced. There were calls that went unreturned, a large, expensive repair needed to be done and I had to ask them to see if it was covered by the warranty (which it was), I was told the the snow tires were no longer good and would be tossed, but they were in my car when I picked it up. I called later to find out and sure enough, they’re fine for another year. It was one headache after another. More

I had a wonderful experience with Andrea Howard and Caitlynn Velez at Morrie’s 394 Hyundai. I had an oil leak in my car and they took care of my car. Both of them were kind and respectful. They serviced my car and four days later they told me that car replacement speakers may not be covered by a warranty. One of the speakers is damaged and I was told the speakers were probably after-market that car replacement speakers may not be covered by a warranty. One of the speakers is damaged and I was told the speakers were probably after-market not the original dimension car stereo the speaker we’re and should be when replaced. Frustrating! More
