I hadn’t bought a car for nineteen years so I prepared for my meeting with the sales staff by reading about the Subaru Outback on the dealer website and vehicle manuals. I asked the sales representative a for my meeting with the sales staff by reading about the Subaru Outback on the dealer website and vehicle manuals. I asked the sales representative and Encore specialist specific questions about the features, performance, and reliability of the 2025 Subaru Outback. Dawson, Luke, and Ryan answered all my questions satisfactorily and guided me to my decision to buy a 2025 Subaru Outback. I was treated well by all staff at Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru. I recommend Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. More

Bought two cars from Morries in 2020 and paid $89 each for their "Buy Happy" program, promising free car washes for life, as long as we owned the vehicles. What a sham. Five years later, they’ve completel for their "Buy Happy" program, promising free car washes for life, as long as we owned the vehicles. What a sham. Five years later, they’ve completely ditched the program with zero warning. Apparently “Lifetime” is 5 years for them. The automated wash closed a while back, forcing us to go to the dealership, which was annoying but doable. Then, two weeks ago, I show up for a wash, and they casually tell me the program’s done. No warning, no heads up. Like “Hey loyal Buy Happy customer, we are going to phase out this program in a few months, please let us know how we can make this right for you.” No explanation, no apology—just a big middle finger to loyal customers. The sales manager, Tim Kruse, was beyond useless. He brushed me off, claiming he was "too busy" to deal with it, mumbled something about “researching” the issue, and promised to call me the next day. I watched him write down my number, but surprise, surprise—two weeks later, not a peep. Clearly, Morries doesn’t care about return customers. The car wash was “broken” half the time anyway, like they were phasing it out on purpose. Attached is a photo of the Buy Happy sticker on my car (my wife’s has one too), proof of the promise they didn’t keep. Save your money and avoid this place—they’ll take your cash and leave you high and dry. I know it’s only $89, but it’s the principle of the matter. Never buying from Morries again, and I’ll make sure everyone knows why. More
