The best car buying experience I've ever had! I loved my 2003 Forester and felt sick when I was rear-ended on I-94 and it was totaled. I wasn't happy about needing to replace it but I finally decided I would buy a low-mileage, used 2014 Subaru Forester. I went to Morrie's to test drive one and was very disappointed in the experience I had. I ended up emailing Dave Peterson since he and I had emailed back-and-forth about new cars. He responded that he would talk to Tina, the new car sales manager to see what they could do to make it right. Tina immediately called me to say she wanted to do whatever she could to earn my business. She offered me a great deal on a new 2015 Forester that made it worthwhile for me to explore this option further. I told her I would test-drive one but that it would take me a couple of days to get there since my family was sharing one vehicle since mine had been totaled. She offered me the use of a loaner for several days and within an hour Dave showed up at my house with one. The next day I drove the new Forester that had exactly the options I wanted and decided this would be my next vehicle. Dave and Tina were both incredibly helpful and explained exactly how they arrived at their lowest price. I had been to 2 other Subaru dealerships in the Twin Cities and had done extensive research online so I knew exactly what deals I could get from others. Honestly, I could have bought the car for about $150 lower from Walser but when I compared the warranty, Buy Happy program and service fees for both dealerships I knew I would come out ahead by buying from Morrie's. I also loved working with Dave and Tina. The next day I returned with my spouse and daughter and they were also warmly welcomed and treated with respect and kindness - not always the case for a lesbian and mixed race couple! The entire experience was wonderful! When we get ready to buy our next vehicle there is no question who we'll buy from. More

A great experience! It was my first time in a dealership to buy a vehicle. I was nervous, but Dan Anderson at Morrie's Nissan, did a great job of not adding any pressure It was my first time in a dealership to buy a vehicle. I was nervous, but Dan Anderson at Morrie's Nissan, did a great job of not adding any pressure to the experience. He was friendly, and really knew his stuff. He had all the answers that we had about the vehicle. I ended my day with a Nissan that I am in LOVE with! We will definitely go back to see Dan Anderson when we decide we are going to buy a new vehicle, and I would recommend him to anyone. Ask for Dan! More

Great Car Buying Experience! I was so pleased with my experience at Morrie's and my sales person, Ryan Heap was extremely helpful! He drove the vehicle I was interested in to a location that was more convenient for me so that I could take it for a test drive, and after deciding that I wanted to purchase the vehicle we drove to the Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan location and Ryan was extremely helpful in explaining the process and how long it would take. He was very kind and offered to buy us food several times because he knew that it was going to take some time to get things squared away. The finance department was also very friendly. The manager, Mark Anderson, came out and spoke to me about the type of loan I was looking for and what some of my options would be. I also worked with Michael Peterson who was extremely helpful and explained the entire finance process as well as answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Ryan Heap to anyone looking to buy a car, I had a great experience and will definitely go back to him for my next vehicle. More
Motto is defintley BUY HAPPY not DRIVE HAPPY I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Morrie's Brooklyn Park in May 2014. Months after I bought the car it was in the shop for lack of acceleration. Sinc I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Morrie's Brooklyn Park in May 2014. Months after I bought the car it was in the shop for lack of acceleration. Since then, it has been in the shop SEVEN times in seven months. I am a single mom and I bought this car for safety and reliability, this has not been the case. I do not feel safe in this car. I have brought my concerns to management several times and they say that they are going to work with me, but when it comes down to numbers that is not the case. I understand that vehicles have issues but this is excessive. The service department has been great, but this car has constant reoccurring electrical issues that they are unable to fix. Morrie's or Nissan needs to take responsibility for this. More

My blood sugar was dropping and his caring attitude helped prevent me having an insulin reaction. The service department has also been great! LOVE THE FREE CAR WASHES! One complaint was that I had insisted that the car be put in my business name, or at the very least my business and my name. Unfortunately they only put the car in my name which causes me alot of hassle. I also give highest ratings to Ryan Heap as my sales person instead of my actual sales person. More
